APD Health Nudge app nudges you repeatedly towards healthier lifestyle: eating and exercising. It also allows you to track your own calorie expenditure and intake.
With a picture of your food, the app will estimate the percentage type of food that you take.
You can key in your exercise and food intake. The app will also gather the steps taken if you wish to do so.
